Possibility # 1: Clicking on the green bulb doesn't display the Companion
Occasionally the Companion will not appear when you click on the green light bulb. In this case, click on the refresh icon to refresh the webpage, then click on the green light bulb.
Possibility # 2: The Companion is unresponsive
Occasionally the Companion will appear to be unresponsive. In this case, click on the refresh icon mentioned above while holding down the Shift key.
Possibility # 3: The Companion is not acting as expected
If the Companion is not working as expected, or it was working previously and then stopped working, then you might try to uninstall the Companion from your Chrome browser and then reinstalling it. It is quick and easy and might be worth trying.
To uninstall the Companion extension:
1.Right click on the DesignSmart Companion green light bulb icon
2.Click on the Remove from Chrome option
