Sales Tax Groups
When you click on the Pull Data from QBook on the Default tab it will pull down all data.
If you have only changed a Sales Tax Group in QBooks that needs to be used in DesignSmart, then you can click on the blue Get Sales Tax Groups from QuickBooks button.
DesignSmart can only work with QBooks Sales Tax Groups. If your firm has not used Sales Tax Groups before, you can easily create a Sales Tax Group for every Sales Tax Item you have.
In the screen shot below, you can set what the default merchandise tax group will be.
Leave the default service tax group field blank.
