In the Specifications Tab you can enter additional free form text.
1.If you enter this text in the Product Notes section, then the text will stay with the product and will be visible anytime this product is used.
2.If you enter this text in the Item Notes section, this text will only appear with this item and will not become part of the product description.
3.You can indicate if this information is to appear on the purchase order or not by clicking on the "Show on PO" button.
4.If your firm has setup Specifications Templates, you can have them populate here by filling in the Type and Detail pull downs.
1.Clicking on the Edit button above will bring up the Text Entry window.
2.The data entered into this window will be saved automatically every 30 seconds.
