Process Transactions
When a users is unable to send a transaction to QuickBooks, the transaction will be held in a queue. To view the queue in order to process the transactions into QuickBooks:
Note: DesignSmart will automatically check and update the transaction total every 10 minutes.
Step 1 Click on the Accounting button on the Main Menu Bar
Step 2 Click on the Process Transactions button on the pull down
Process Transactions Layout
The process transactions layout will show any transaction that has been created or edited in DesignSmart but not pushed to QuickBooks.
We recommend sending in transactions individually by clicking the Send to QBooks button.
If there are transactions that need to be removed from the list, click the Allow Removal button, then click on the transaction that needs to be removed.
