DocuSign Pricing

In order to use the DocuSign feature you will need to purchase a DocuSign account if your firm does not already have one. The Personal plan is as low as $10.00 per month, with a limit of 5 proposals per month, and the Standard plan is $25 per month but has no monthly limit (these prices are as of June 2022).

Many firms will opt to send all proposals from just one DocuSign account using an email address such as "Info@AcmeDesign.com" or "Pat@AcmeDesign.com". If you prefer to send proposals out under each individual staff person's email account, each staff person will need a DocuSign account.

DesignSmart Pricing

There will be a $5.00 cost charged by The Smart Designer for every proposal sent from DesignSmart via DocuSign. This fee covers the cost for development, certification, support and future enhancements.

At the end of each month, you will be sent a list of all of the proposals you have sent via DesignSmart and your credit card will be charged the appropriate amount.
