PO Messages
In the PO Messages sub tab you can enter notes that you might want to add to purchase orders at the time they are created.
You can also setup pre-defined PO notes that are automatically added to the end of purchase orders based on the category of item(s) on the purchase order. For more information about this option, please read section on Categories.
Finally you can add notes to purchase orders at the time they are created. You can read more about this in Creating POs.
