When you experience issues with the remote desktop, a good way to try to resolve the issue is to log out of the remote desktop session. This does not reboot the server, but it does close all the software you were using so that when you log back all software issues should be resolved.
| Step 1 Click on the Windows icon in the lower left of the screen |
| Step 2 Click on the icon of the person |
| Step 3 Click on Sign Out |
| Step 4 Wait a couple of minutes, then use your remote desktop connection to log back into the desktop |
