Emailing from DesignSmart

Email can be sent directly from DesignSmart. Usually the only setup required for this is to enter your firm's SMTP settings. If you don't know what SMTP settings are, don't worry. Just ask your IT person and she'll know. Or you can read more about them here.

 
You can still send email from DesignSmart via a browser if your firm uses two factor authorization but the process for setting up your email settings is different. You can read more about that here.

A small number of users will use the desktop version of DesignSmart and send their email out through their desktop email program. For more information about that click here.
