Some users will need to run DesignSmart using the desktop application called FileMaker Pro rather than via the web. For those users they will need to know the following information:
1.When you send emails from DesignSmart, the emails will be sent via the email program installed on your computer
2.Most email programs are now 64-bit applications, but there are still some that are 32-bit. We can do a screen share with you to help figure out what is installed on your computer.
3.Once FileMaker is installed you'll need a "PDF Viewer" on your computer. Most people use Adobe Acrobat, but we find that one called PDFx-change Viewer is easier to work with.
