Typically the price you submit on a proposal will be the same price that you invoice. When this is the case, the Proposal Pricing column and the Invoice Pricing column, shown in green below, will be the same.
But there are any number of reasons that the quantity invoiced could differ from the proposed quantity. When necessary, you can change the pricing and quantities in the Invoice Pricing column as required.
The quantities and prices shown on the Invoice Pricing column will appear on the invoice.
