Acknowledging POs

When a vendor provides an acknowledgment, it is helpful to enter that information into DesignSmart. Since the acknowledgment will almost always include a scheduled ship date you the process of entering the acknowledgment is covered in the section Adding PO Ship Dates.

If the vendor only provides an acknowledgment number but no ship dates, then follow the process described in that section of the guide so that the PO will be removed from the Unacknowledged PO report.
