A second way to track Unacknowleged POs is to view the Active Project Status View. This allows you to focus on your more pressing projects first.
Step 1. Click Projects on the Main Menu Bar, then on the View button, then on the Active Project Statuses option.
Step 2. Click on clipboards in the " Not Unacknowledged" column.
This will take you to the PO List View where you will see all of the POs that have not been acknowlegedged.
Contact the vendors to confirm if they have received your purchase order.
