Accounting List View

The Accounting List View is designed to provide bookkeepers a useful way to look at items. For example they can see if an item has been invoiced or shipped. They can see if the item has arrived or been installed.

When you enter an * in the filter bar fields you will see all items that do not have any value in that field. When you enter a = in the filter bar field, you will see all items that do have a value in that field. For example, if you want to view all items that have arrived, you could put an = in the Arrival Date filter bar field. If you wanted to view all items that have not arrived, you would enter a *.
