Before you can use DesignSmart with QuickBooks Online (QBO) you will need to ensure that certain settings are correctly configured.
| Step 1 | Click on the gear icon then on Company Settings |
| Step 2 | If your firm uses classes, click on the Company tab and set Track classes to On |
| Step 3 | If you firm issues purchase orders, click on the Expenses tab and set Use purchase orders to On |
| Step 4 | Click on the Advanced tab and turn Projects On |
