To link the QuickBooks Connector to QuickBooks Online follow these steps.
Step 1. Go to the QuickBooks Connector Settings (click here for instructions).
Step 2. Click the green Connect to QuickBooks button
Step 3. If you haven't logged into QuickBooks do so now.
Step 4 Click the Connect button
Step 5 Important: Log out of DesignSmart and log back in
Result
When you log back into DesignSmart you should see in the top right icon bar that the two opposing arrows are now green. That indicates that you are connected to QBO.
