Layering Objects
Overture allows you to set the layering for all objects so you can arrange how the appear. In the example below, the fabric is below the chair but we want it to appear above the chair. To accomplish this, we would do the following steps:
Step 1 Click on the object we want to layer
Step 2 Click on the Object tab
Step 3 Click on the appropriate layer button at the bottom of the tab. For this example, we'll click Bring Forward.
Step 4 Click in an empty space in the canvas to see the results.
The fabric will now appear over the chair. As noted above it is necessary to click in an empty space in the canvas to see the results.
