The Inventory List View allows you to see all items in each of your warehouses and also complete different actions with them. Here you will be able to print out reports accordingly. One of
Viewing Options
List View- Here you can see the list of items found in the chosen location.
PO Receiving View- Here you can receive items which have arrived at the dock.
Item Stocking- You can complete the stocking of all items that have been received.
1- You can filter the view to a specific project by typing in the project number or the project's name.
2- You can filter this view to a specific location, whether that is the warehouse, storage or bin.
3- Here you will be able to filter everything seen on the view by its product I.D, Description, Type, Category or its Bar code.
4- This column gives you information about the amount of items you have in stock for that specific item.
Pull Pick List Items- Here you will be pulling the item (s) from its current location in the warehouse.
Clicking on the "Location" button will open a pop up that will allow you to complete the pulling of the items on a picklist.
On the Inventory List View you can see your items' inventory status, i.e: whether they're on a P.O. or a Pick List, including how many items are Allocated On Hand, On Order, BackOrdered or Available.
To get to this view you will need to go to the Item's list view>View>Inventory view.
