Why the Import Buttons fails

It is important to understand that all manufacturers have been asked to develop their websites so that programs like the Companion can extract images and certain data from the site.  Arteriors is a site that has complied with the industry standards and for that reason when you click the "Import" button in Companion when on their site multiple images and all of the data pass to the Companion. Other manufacturers simply have not developed their sites to be complaint. This means when you click on the Import button images do not pass to the Companion nor does all of the standard data.  Hopefully over time more manufacturers will update their sites to be compliant.
