Recording Client Payments

DesignSmart  does not have the ability to record the payments of client invoices.  If your firm uses our optional QuickBooks Connector module, you will record client payments in QuickBooks. These payments can then be pulled down to DesignSmart so staff can see the status of client payments.

While DesignSmart does not have the ability to record client payments that are the result of an invoice, the system does have the ability to receive deposits that are received as the result of a client paying the "Deposit Required" amount shown on an proposal.
