Show Components Option
Most of the options shown the Proposal Preview Panel are self-explanatory, but the Show Components option requires additional explanation.
Take for example an item that is an upholstered chair that has a fabric as a single component. And assume that the designer wants the price of the chair that appears on the proposal to include the price of the fabric. For this reason the designer has clicked on the Include Components switch (as shown below).
If the designer wants the client only see the information about the chair on the proposal, then she will not click on the Show Components switch on the Proposal Preview Panel.
If the designer wants the client to see information about the chair and also the component(s) linked to the chair, then she will click on Show Components in the Proposal Preview Panel.
