If your firm only has more than a dozen active projects at a time, then it will be easier for the designers to be assigned to a project. By doing this it means that when they are using the Companion and save an item to a project, they will only see the projects they are assigned to. Otherwise they would have to scroll through many projects to get to the one they need.

To assign staff to projects you need to go to the Staff tab on the Projects Detail View. The layout is shown below:
