The optional PresentSmart module allows you to show your design ideas to a client so that they can indicate which items they approve and which ones they don't approve. At the end of the presentation, the total price of all the approved items will be determined and the client can sign the iPad approving these items. You can then email her the proposal with the approved items and at the same time update DesignSmart with this information.
Key Details
1.You enter all of the items, images and pricing information in DesignSmart as you normally would.
2.You don't need an iPad with a data plan. PresentSmart has been developed so you can use a Wifi model iPad.
3.You will need to "load" your iPad with the project you are going to present while in Wifi coverage.
4.Once the iPad is loaded with the client's project, you don't need to worry about Wifi or cell data coverage since all the data you need is already in the iPad. This means not having to ask a client for their Wifi password and not having to worry about coverage.
5.PresentSmart is easy to learn and helps your client view and select from various design options.
6.PresentSmart works best on iPads and iPad Pros. It can be run on iPad Minis, but some clients might find the screen a bit too small to view easily.

We have found that it takes a long time to load a project on some older iPads that are 3 years or older. Test your iPad by loading a largish project to confirm that your iPad is capable of running the system.
