The Condensed specification format allows you to put up to 5 images on the first page of the specification. These images can be of the primary spec item or its related component items. See image below. The images 1 and 2 are of the primary item which is a sofa. Image 3 is from the component spec item and image 4 is from component item that specifies the cord trim.
Assigning Images to a Condensed Specification
Before you can assign images to a condensed specification, you must first enter the primary item and related component items and their respective images.
| Step 1 | Go to the Graphics tab of the primary item |
| Step 2 | Click on the Condensed Spec Setup button |
| Step 3 | You will see a list of all of the images for both the primary and components. In the "Choose Position" field select a number 1 - 5. The #1 position is the primary image and the largest. Positions 2 - 5 are smaller and to the right of image #1. Please see the lower image to that indicates positions 1 - 5. |
