Commissions Module

What does the Commissions Module Do?

The module includes several features:

1.Allows the Administrator to set the commission rate for individuals whether they work alone or as members of a design/sales team

2.Commission rates can be entered in advance of their effective date and historic commission rates are retained

3.Invoices are visible in the commissions module only after they are pushed to QuickBooks

4.Commissions are not paid to the staff person until the client has paid the invoice in full

5.The module allows Administrators to make adjustments to commissions as required

6.The module provides salespersons with their own dashboards that shows them:

a.How much commission they will be paid for the current month

b.Outstanding invoices

c.Past commission payments

What is required for this module?

This module requires the use of a desktop version of QuickBooks and our QuickBooks Connector module

Important Notes

When calculating commissions, this module does not include sub-charge costs or sub-charge markups.

Commissions are based on the overall profit of an invoice and the staff's commission rate.
