Combine On PO

When the same product is used multiple time in a project, you have the ability to Combine them on one line item on a po.  

Step 1                Multiple Items being Combined on PO must have the same Product ID.

Step 2                The Purchase Order Unit Cost must be the same for each item.

Step 3                Click on the Combine On PO option for each item needing to be combined.

Note 1                Individual items and quantities that need to be combined will be listed here.

Note 2                The Item Quantity now reflects the combined total quantity for both items.
