You can add items that are not already on a purchase order to an existing purchase order.
Step 1. Make certain the item you want to add to an existing PO has the same vendor and Ship To address as the PO which you want to add it to.
Step 2. Use the Action "Flag to Order" to flag the item(s) you want to add to an existing PO. If you need to learn how to flag items, click here.
Step 3. Click on the PO that you wish to add the item to. In this example, it is Purchase Order 7. Then click on the Add Item button.
Step 4. Click on the Select button to add the listed item(s) to the purchase orders.
