While using FileMaker Pro to run DesignSmart, there might be times when you are asked to respond to a dialog pop up window like shown below, but it appears on another of your computer's monitors or in an inconvenient location..
If you have more than one monitor it is possible that these messages will appear on a different monitor. When this happens you can move it back to the main monitor by doing of two actions.
Option 1 - Moving the pop-up dialog window manually
Simply click on the pop-up dialog window and hold your mouse down as you reposition it to the desired location.
Option 2 - Reset all pop-up dialog windows
For Macs
1.On the menu bar click on FileMaker Pro >>> Preferences option
2.Click on the "Reset dialog boxes and positions" as shown below
For Windows PC
1.Start FileMaker Pro - this can be done by clicking on the FileMaker Pro icon on your desktop or by the Windows Program list
2.On the menu bar click on Edit >>> Preferences option
3.Click on the "Reset dialog boxes and positions" as shown below
