Characteristics and Options
1.Invoices are be sorted and grouped by area, category or even vendor.
2.They can include images or not.
3.Depending on how you have set up the project, the sub-charges can appear as sub-totals or they can be included in the line cost.
4.When you preview the invoice DesignSmart will automatically apply the appropriate client deposit, but you can increase the deposit as required.
How to view or create an invoice: Items List View > Actions > Create Invoice
