In order to use Aggregate Charges, please do the following steps.
Step 1 Add at Category Type = "Other" and a Category = "Other"Your System Administrator will need to go to System Preferences and click on the Categories tab. Then create a category called Other that is assigned to the Other Category Type. Your category list should like the screen shot below. The Sort number is not important.
Step 2 Create A ProductGo to Products and add a product. The Product ID must be "Aggregate Charges". The Description can be anything, but the Type and Category must be set to Other.
